ahhh! lookie lookie! someone needs to buy me the new Spain kit for christmas! forget the old one, its not that pretty anyway. but this new one, omg, so so pretty! even the porteros kit is well nice! don't you guys think that this kit is lovely, too? obviously you do, because just look at it! can't wait to see it in action on domingo! :3

for overdramatic ad with hot spanish men, check this youtube video out:

ps. i suggest to look for Llorente, his shirt is reeeeeally tight.

also, this is the dialog:
Iker: no one came to welcome us back [Iker's husky voice is sexy, no?]
Silva: we hadn’t created a new style of playing.
Xabi: we weren’t admired by the entire world.
Iker: we didn’t bring an entire country out onto the streets.
Villa: I wasn’t the top goalscorer.
Llorente: we didn’t know how to withstand the pressure.
VDB: we hadn’t changed our way of understanding football.
Xavi: I wasn’t the best player of the Eurocopa.
Llorente: we’re not a team [I like the players changing in the back].
Xavi: we’re not champions of Europe.
Villa: we’re not champions of the world.
The past doesn’t count.  Everything begins all over again.

i really like that El pasado no cuento. Todo vuvelve a empezar. its a really good slogan. very fitting as well.

I see signs now all the time that you're not dead, you're sleeping.

Way to start of my post on a depressing note. . . But whatever, it's from my favourite song by Bloc Party called 'Signs', so I don't really care. It's like, amazyn, no? You kind of just want to hug it.
And the last line? It's  a totally killer, seriously. "I believe in anything that brings you back home to me" its so sad, no? But I could quote the whole song, because its just so beautiful. Like the first verse...

Two ravens in the old oak tree, one for you and one for me
Bluebells in the late December, I see signs now all the time
The last time we slept together, there was something that was not there
You never wanted to alarm me but I'm the one that's drowning now

Anyway! There hasn't been that much happening since I got back home. I've mostly been at home, practising my Español, like all the cool kids. At the moment I have been trying to learn the time and random tourist stuff, like when does this and that open, how much does it cost blah blah blah. Its fun though, and I understand more and more. Right now, I'm side-reading an article over at Macra about De Gea's move to (ugh, I hardly want to say it) Man United. Oh well, at least now I have some man-candy to look at (it was about time, Man United. How the hell does a club have that many unattractive men? smh). Anyway, the article just said stuff like; he passed the medical over at Man United, that he was very bery happy to be there and that stuff. It's a great chance for him though, and the I'm happy for the future La Roja Furia goalie. He's only 20, you know. And he, like, is going to be Man United's first goal keeper. Now that's impressive. I'm kinda sad he's leaving Atleticó though... His farwell to the club was touching, as he was fighting to hold back tears.
But like I said, I've been practising my Spainish everyday since I got home, and I find it really fun. I have yet to learn the hard stuff of course, like grammar and that, but I've downloaded a grammar thingy from ISLA, a language school in Salamanca, which I'm considering, and I'll have a look at that tomorrow or something. But I suppose it's one thing learning it on your own and to actually speak to other people. My wall is very non-treathing tbh.
Is it just me or does he have freakishly long fingers in this picture? O.o

I've hung out with both Maria and Gina, which is always lovely. I went to the opening performance for Festspillene i Nord-Norge on the Saturday I came home with Maria and her mum. It was really good. It was like, this street dance performance of  One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. It was seriously good, and the people in it were really talented. I also went to see Kråkesølv live, which is my favourite Norwegian band. They are from the north, and are quite possible the most charming band ever. Their cover of Karpe Diem's Snøhvit is seriously good, and people should check it out.

Also, I've come to the conclusion that more people need blogs, or they need to tell me about their blogs, because I feel like i'm seriously out of the loop right now. So GET YOURSELF A BLOG!

The list is here! And I'm so excited that I just can't hide it! I wanna be dancing on the ceiling, oh what a feeling!

PORTEROS (goalkeepers): Iker Casillas, José Manuel Reina (also known as Pepe, since José usually becomes Pepe in like Spanish speaking countries), Víctor Valdés.

DEFENSAS (defenders): Álvaro Arbeloa, Raúl Albiol, Sergio Ramos, Gerard Piqué, Carlos Marchena, Joan Capdevila, Andoni Iraola.

CENTROCAMPISTAS (Midfielders): Xabi Alonso, Sergio Busquets (hope that thing doesn't get to play), Santiago Cazorla, Andrés Iniesta, Bruno Soriano, Borja Valero.

DELANTEROS (Forwards): David Villa, David Silva, Fernando Llorente (actually, a bit of triva for you: he's full name is Fernando Llorente Torres. He also wears very tight shirts. Seriously.), Fernando Torres, Pedro Rodríguez, Manu Del Moral, Álvaro Negredo.
(Doesn't the spanish words just sound sexier? Mmm. They really do. Its all in the 'r's and in the 's'.)

There are no younglings on the squad as there also will be call-ups for the Under 21 for Euro stuff but there is plenty of hot stuff to jog around!

And as a warning note: They will meet up at Ciuada del Fútbol de Las Rozaz (also known as the soccer city) on the 31th, which means that this blog will probably have a few more pictures of sexy training sessions and streching exercises from that day and 'til the national duty is over.

The team will travel to the states on the first of June and the first match will be on the 4th of June against the US at 16:41 local time. So that will probably be fun to watch. Also, what kind of time is 16:41? 41? What? I don't even...

Then the team will travel to Venezuela where they will play the second match  against Venezuela on the 7th of June at 16:00 local time.

But I had no exams during these times, so hurraz! which means I can quite possibly fuck my sleep pattern up for this.
